My name is Kim Smith. I have been designing websites since January of 1998. While I live in West Michigan (near Grand Rapids), my clients are located all over the United States. Communication is not a problem, since most communication takes place via email, with an occasional phone call. This is true even for my local clients.
My clients find that I walk them through the unfamiliar territory of designing their website and explain the process very clearly as we create their web presence. I give guidance based on my education and experience, but ultimately, the client has to be happy with their site and their decisions are honored.
I use the WordPress platform for site building, as it is easy to update and change whenever the client chooses. However, I also do know how to hand-code HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and PHP, should a client request a particular requirement. I have certificates for the successful completion of the following online courses:

- Forms
- Frames
- CSS
- PSP 101, 201
Once your site is complete, I will give you some basic guidance on how to market your business to your target audience, both online and off. I am also available to hire for private marketing consultations.
